Embossed with one of the elements designs. This design was made from a photo i took of the skin of a pinaple, airbrushed to get a one of a kind unique piece. These images for our elements were created from original photographs, taken by me, Mik Wright. The photographs were manipulated in Photoshop, the image inverted & an embossing plate created, the result of which is an abstract dimensional design which reflects a variety of elements in nature & the workshop that inspired Mik to investigate the outcome of texture & color when embossed into leather & airbrushed… English calfskin on motochap cow hide with cow hide heel & lace trim. The insole is made from 3 layers, nubuck, laminated to pcell midfiller & sealed with another layer of pigskin. The soles are eva & will last up to 8/9 years of hard walking on sidewalks & city use, & can be sent back to me for resoling & refurbish the artwork at any time for a small fee. Please note the colorful hand tie dyed laces as well. (The last photo is to show some of the other colors available in this elements style.) The pair of shoes in this photo was sold, but the pair you get will be custom made just for YOU. (Please note that the art is never exactly the same twice.)
