Lovely little paua shell & marcasite brooch in an iconic Art Deco design. The photographs do not do justice to the vibrant iridescent colours when this brooch catches the light - very much like the colours of a peacock. Vintage silver, this pin is simple & elegant, beautiful enough to grace your collar or lapel all year round. Marked 925. Weight 4.08g. It is in great vintage condition & the pin is fastened at the back with a simple round hinge & safety clasp. All my items are vintage & will show normal signs of previous wear.
