Overview: This greeting card set of 4 is based on the following original artworks that I created: Chestnut’s Delightful Garden Chestnut’s Peaceful Garden We created this artwork in two different color ways in Adobe Illustrator as part of a surface pattern collection. To make this artwork, I created watercolor paintings & line drawings, & we also scanned various found objects such as leaves. Then we digitized the works, brought them into Adobe Illustrator, & arranged the flowers & leaves into an oval shape surrounding the bunny, creating the feel of a garden! The bunny is a watercolor painting based on our photo of one of our backyard bunny friends, Chestnut. Chestnut was a special & sweet soul who touched our hearts. The carrot fronds, bunny tracks, grass, & flowers were all drawn or painted by hand. Some of the leaves are scans of oak, sassafras, & dandelion leaves from our backyard. The card paper has a velvet-like texture to it, & the paper really brings out the colors & details of the artwork. These cards would be perfect for Easter, for nature & bunny lovers, or for a small child! Please let us know if you would like a specific combination of cards with your order. Otherwise the set of 4 comes with 2 of each card. A matching white envelope is provided with each card. All greeting cards are printed by Bear, Moose, & Bunny with a Canon PIXMA MG7520 printer.
