Offered here is this wonderful example of a large antique Creamware figurine, made in Rudolstadt Germany by commission of L Strauss & Sons - the original owners of Macy’s. The base mark was registered in 1896. The large & heavy,(1.3kg) figurine is of a young girl, possibly working in agriculture or a market. Approx height: 31cms width: 22cms in good antique condition - PLEASE NOTE, a tiny glaze mark to the top of the sack the girl carries, also the tip of one finger looks ok but feels a little rough - pictured 8 & 9 - Please take a look at all of the offered photographs as a part of the condition report.
