Whether you use them for profile pictures, phone backgrounds, or prints, these will be an adorable addition to your life! Size: 3000 x 3000 px (these are DIGITAL files that will be sent to you through Etsy messages/email; if you would like a rectangular portrait for your phone background or other sizes, please add as a note before you purchase) Background Colors: honey lavender, mint cream, black raspberry, earl grey, vanilla latte, matcha frappe, cool mint powder, light cotton candy, tropical coconut, caramel banana, strawberry shortcake, white chocolate (pure white), peach puff, ocean blueberry, mocha latte, coconut ash Names: names are optional, but if you would like one, please follow the instructions in the personalization box Pictures: send us a picture of your pet(s) using Etsy messages after you complete your purchase. Please follow the image guidelines above (in the product images). Your portrait will be sent to you in 3-5 business days after the picture is received. Portraits will be half body unless you request otherwise. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: STEP ONE - ORDERING All kinds of pets are accepted. Select your background color, text personalization, & quantity. Multiple pets can be put on one portrait, but pricing is per pet, so please ensure you select the right quantity when ordering. STEP TWO - SEND YOUR PHOTOS Send in your photos through Etsy messaging (Note that there is no upload option when ordering). Please see the Photo Best Practices image of my listing to see what an ideal picture looks like. STEP THREE - PORTRAIT CREATION Using the photos provided, the portrait will be created in photoshop. Minor changes such as the removal of small objects is possible. Objects that don’t already appear in the photo unfortunately can’t be added. STEP - RECEIVE YOUR FILE Your portrait will be finished within 3 days, & a high resolution .jpg file will be sent to you through Etsy. SELECTING THE PERFECT PICTURE First things first, make sure there is enough natural lighting (if possible) when taking the photo & your pet is in focus, please don’t use filters. Try to make sure your pet’s limbs/ears are in full view (not covered by a blanket or other objects). Ensure your pet is looking at the camera & facing forward. Use a high-resolution image (taken directly from a phone or camera) for best results. If you are still unsure then please message us via Etsy with your picture & we will let you know if it is suitable.
