Please note, designs cannot be downloaded from the Etsy App. You have to download from Etsy’s website. FILE INFORMATION Files are 300 dpi, high resolution which can be resized to fit your needs without losing its resolution. Resolution & color may vary from printer to printer & screen to screen. This is normal. SOFTWARE NEEDED REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN ON DIGITAL FILES. Please make sure before you purchase that you have the necessary software to use with our digital files. Examples of graphic software include: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Gimp, Inkscape, Paintshop & CorelDraw to name the main ones. Please note that we do not offer support on how to use these different programs. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE You will receive with your purchase two PNG files that do not contain the Personalization shown in the sample image. The files are created for both the 20 oz Straight Skinny Tumbler & the Tapered Skinny Tumbler. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FILES ONLY. NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED. FILE & IMAGE USAGE YOU CAN DO THE FOLLOWING: Our files are for personal use & small business commercial use. Small business commercial use allows you to make physical end products up to 100 sales. YOU CANNOT DO THE FOLLOWING: You are not allowed to use our files with third party, print & press companies. You are not allowed to create transfers of any kind. Transfers include but are not limited to Screen Printed transfers, Sublimation transfers, SubliVinyl Transfers, HTV, etc. You are not allowed to distribute, trade, sell or giveaway our files. You are not allowed to use our files to create new, altered digital files. Please do not use our listing images as your listing images in your store or on your website.
