This striking adjustable bronze ring was designed for Finnish makers Valo-Koru by the renowned artist & designer Hannu Ikonen as part of the Jkl range in the 1970s, taking the form of the locally prevalent cup lichen, but these pieces are more commonly known as the ‘Reindeer Moss’ range & can be found in both Silver & Bronze in varying patterns. Occasionally they are stamped ‘Made in Finland’, however more usually they are unsigned with the artist’s own distinctive style becoming its own signature.
