INSTRUCTIONS From the dropdown menu select your logo option. Then in the personalisation box provide your name or business name & colours (default is black logo on a white background unless otherwise specified) & then add your custom name logo to the basket. Every name or word counts as one order. For example, if you would like to have your first & last name please purchase two logo designs. Please check all the information you have supplied for your order is correct before you checkout. Default white background is for .jpg files & prints. All .png files are supplied with a transparent background. WHAT NExT? After placing your order you will receive a proof of your design within 3-5 days for your approval. When received,please let us know if you require any alterations. We allow up to two stages of revisions per order after which there will be an additional design charge for any further amends. Once approved, your digital files will be sent to the email address linked to your Etsy account. If you have also ordered a print your logo will then be printed on a professional, industry-leading digital printer. Then your order will be carefully packaged & promptly sent out in the post to you. All orders that have proofed & have NOT been approved WILL be posted after 7 days. WHAT DO I GET? You will receive high-resolution (300dpi) digital files of your logo in .jpg & .png formats sent to you via email but if you have ordered a print along with your logo you will also receive a high-quality UNFRAMED digital print of your logo printed onto 300gsm, premium heavyweight card in a matte finish. Customers who purchase the professional use option will receive the original, fully scalable design file created in Adobe Illustrator, a vector .eps file, & a PDF file. These files can be used to manipulate your logo in any way you wish. LOGO USAGE You are free to use your logo artwork for any PERSONAL or COmmERCIAL projects, including but not limited to branding, printed material & digital marketing.
