Antique Gold Locket circa 1915, 9ct yellow gold This lovely oval 9ct yellow gold locket features a pretty scalloped design with the vertical stripes seen on many lockets from this period. There is a central round plaque suitable for engraving. The new engraving technique of engine turning which gave a simpler more understated decoration compared to the heavily engraved Victorian & Edwardian pieces was used on many items including lockets & Cufflinks. The locket is hallmarked. This locket is ideal for Birthday or anniversary gifts. NB: the chain is not included but may be available separately. Please check the chain listings.
